Food Pantry Needs

Our Little Free Pantry could use some help. We are short of supplies to give to our guests. If you go downstairs and look at the pantry, our shelves are very bare and we need your help to make sure we can keep helping our neighbors in need!
Highlighted needs are protiens like tuna and chicken. These come in both pouches and canned. We also have a need for things like mac n cheese and snacks. Below is a list of some of our most highly needed items.
Ongoing needs include:
- Proteins—particularly canned meats like tuna and chicken. Beans are also great, but the tuna and chicken seem to be in high demand!
- Hearty soups
- Peanut butter—smaller jars and/or individual-sized servings are great!
- Snack bars (granola bars, nut bars, etc.)
- Shelf-stable or dry milk
- Canned fruits and vegetables (except corn—we have a lot of corn)
- Hygiene items (soaps, shampoos, etc.—sample sizes are great for this).
If you can find canned items with pull-tabs, that’s ideal!
Please bring all donations to the church during operating hours or on Sunday and put your donation in the black bin right inside on the right on the South Door. Please check expiration dates of items you are donating.
HERE is a list of often-used items that you can print at home to bring with you the next time you go to the grocery store. We also have some on the Hub Table in Fellowship Hall.
Thanks to all for supporting our neighbors.
